Stalida is a family-run taverna owned by the Truta family. Billy and Selena met on the island of Crete in the resort of Stalida on the northeast coast in 2001 and ran a seaside restaurant 'Maistrali' for many years.
After a devastating fire in 2020, Stalida reopened in May 2021 ready to welcome you again to our little corner of Crete in Hexham...
After returning to the UK in 2011 for their twins, Matthew and Alexander, to go to school, they whetted appetites with 'Billy Bites', a Greek takeaway serving gyros pittas, souvlaki and more...
